Well the last few days were eventful but too exciting. Ran the store by myself for two days, one of which I had no power for two hours. Worked a double Saturday. Found out my stepmom had a near death experience but is mainly in good condition in the hospital now. And yesterday I went out to breakfast with a friend. Last night I wanted to try this sushi recipe that I saw on pinterest, http://wholesome-cook.com/2012/11/22/quinoa-sushi-rolls-plus-5-other-cool-quinoa-recipes/. It seemed so simple but it was so hard to roll! Then on top of that the sushi seaweed wraps were not the same as sushi places here in Duluth. Now I'm just enjoying my last day off drinking coffee, watching Sucker Punch, and baking pink lemomade cupcakes!
