Vacation.
Some of the music I am listening to are my favorite songs of the moment. One is Holy Grail by Jay Z ft. Justin Timberlake. So amazing, I suggest you check it out! Another is Sunny and 75 by Joe Nichols. Don't ask me how my playlist goes to hip-hop/rap/r&b to country, but it does, and I love it! Well I hope you all have an amazing Friday, I know I'll have a good one!

Verses for Anxiety.
I've always been curious about the bible and tried reading it like a book while I was in middle school, lets just say that didn't really work. It isn't just a book, there's way more to it. Now that I know that as you read you must take the time to understand by analyzing, I feel I am ready to read it. A few weeks ago I found myself looking at the once a day bibles in the religion section at Barnes and Noble. I think I am going to open up a bit and see if maybe God can somehow help with my anxiety, depression, and daily issues of life. Maybe he will be able to help me through it all, or make it somewhat easier. I have always been the type of person that believed you didn't need to church to believe, and I think I'll keep believing that, but I do want to open up a bit to religion.
Recently I googled "Verses of the bible that help with anxiety" and I am thrilled with what I found. I'll include the link, so maybe some of you out there can read these and maybe it will be of some help. http://www.openbible.info/topics/anxiety_and_depression It is incredible that there is a little of everything in the bible that can help everyday situations. I hope you all have a good rest of the week, thanks for listening. :)

Last day off.
Today is technically my Sunday. I'll be spending it getting things done like cleaning, painting my toes, room cleaning, and exercising.
Today is the first of July and marks the beginning of kicking my plateau of my body to the curb. What I mean is since the beginning of the year I got a gym pass to my local YMCA and I've been on and off working out and trying to stick to healthy eating. I lost weight and now my body is at a plateau (where it is now used to my healthier lifestyle so no more progress is happening) so I've gotta kick it up a notch and be more strict. I'm doing it with my boss so maybe a partner in crime will help me as well. I have hanging up a shirt and a pair of jeans I'd like to fit into after I lose more weight for some motivation.
Let me know if you have any motivational tips, strategies, or apps you use, etc. Anything will help me! Have a good Monday all!
